We offer a 12-day return policy to our warehouse, counting from the day the package is delivered to the you.  There are no returns or refund on Jewelry, Sunglasses, or Headbands. They are considered final sale.

Once the item is received, we'll refund the item's cost. You will pay for the return shipping fees and custom duty up to 27 euros (for non-EU countries).
