Refund/Exchanges/Returns

Note:  There are no returns or refund on Jewelry, Sunglasses, or Headbands. They are considered final sales. 

For all other products:

Submit a return request via email to customercare@mygotobrands.com within 2 days of receiving your package. We accept returns within 7 days from delivery. The countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp date on the return parcel.

If you want to return an item because of change of mind or you chose the wrong size/product, you will be charged for return shipment. We may be able to arrange a courier to collect the item at your expense.  There will be with a restocking fee of 10% "Maximum $36.00 (30euro) ".

If you want to return the order because we have sent the wrong size/product or the product is damaged, we will pay for return shipment and no restocking fee will be charged.

In order to return any qualifying item, please contact My Go To Brands by
E-Mail at: customercare@mygotobrands.com. Such E-Mails should include the date of purchase, along with the choice of reimbursement method. The client must also provide photographic evidence for any defected products.

The product, along with its original packaging, as well as any other items received must be sent to the return postal address.

Agreed refunds will be within 10 working days of receipt of goods.
