Note: There are no returns or refund on Jewelry, Sunglasses, or Headbands. They are considered final sales.

Ship the return back within 7 days of receiving your order, and make sure to use a shipping method with an active tracking number. It's necessary to use DHL, UPS or FedEx for the return. Once you have the tracking number, please email it to customercare@mygotobrands.com. Such E-Mails should include the product name, tracking number, date of purchase, along with the choice of reimbursement method.
In addition, please note that any return coming from outside the European Union has a fixed customs administration fee of €27 which will be deducted from the refund. You will pay for the return shipping fees and custom duty up to 27 euros (for non-EU countries).
