We offer a 12-day return policy to our warehouse, counting from the day the package is delivered to the you.  There are no returns or refund on Jewelry, Sunglasses, or Headbands. They are considered final sale.

Once the item is received, we'll refund the item's cost. If a return is from a non-EU country, customs duty of 27 euros may be deducted from the refund.

If you want to return the order because we have sent the wrong size/product or the product is damaged, we will reimburse for return shipment and no restocking fee will be charged. Customer must provide photographic evidence of any defected products.

Once you have the tracking number, please email it to customercare@mygotobrands.com.  Such E-Mails should include the product name, tracking number, date of purchase, along with the choice of reimbursement method.

If you want to return an item because of change of mind or you chose the wrong size/product, you will be charged  a restocking fee of 10% "Maximum $36.00 (30euro) " for the return shipment.
