If you want to return the order because we have sent the wrong size/product or the product is damaged, we will reimburse for return shipment and no restocking fee will be charged. Customer must provide photographic evidence of any defected products.

You can reach out to us to check the address where to ship the item. It's necessary to use DHL, UPS or FedEx for the return. Once you have the tracking number, please email it to customercare@mygotobrands.com.  Such E-Mails should include the product name, tracking number, date of purchase, along with the choice of reimbursement method. 

Once the item is received, we'll refund the item's cost. If a return is from a non-EU country, customs duty of 27 euros may be deducted from the refund.
