Such E-Mails should include the product name, tracking number, date of purchase, along with the choice of reimbursement method.
In addition, please note that any return coming from outside the European Union has a fixed customs administration fee of €27 which will be deducted from the refund. You will pay for the return shipping fees and custom duty up to 27 euros (for non-EU countries).
