Amina Muaddi is a Jordanian-Romanian luxury footwear designer known for her bold, sculptural heels and modern glamour. Born in 1986 to a Jordanian father and a Romanian mother, she grew up with a deep appreciation for fashion. After studying at the European Institute of Design in Milan, she initially worked as a stylist before transitioning into footwear design. She co-founded Oscar Tiye, a luxury shoe brand, before launching her own label in 2018.

Her brand quickly gained international recognition, thanks to its signature pyramid-shaped flared heels, which blend architectural elegance with comfort. Amina Muaddi’s designs are celebrated for their vibrant colors, crystal embellishments, and innovative materials like PVC. Her shoes have become a staple among celebrities such as Rihanna, Beyoncé, Kendall Jenner, and Kim Kardashian.

In 2019, Muaddi collaborated with Rihanna’s Fenty brand to design footwear, a partnership that earned her the Footwear News Achievement Award for Designer of the Year. Her shoes have a unique appeal, effortlessly merging red carpet glamour with everyday wearability. With continued expansion into handbags and accessories, Amina Muaddi remains a dominant force in luxury fashion.
